Greenhouse Integration

This guide will help you create a Harvest API key in Greenhouse for integration purposes.

Step 1: Log in to Greenhouse

1. Go to the Greenhouse login page:

   https://app.greenhouse.io

2. Enter your email and password.

3. Click Sign In to access your Greenhouse dashboard.

Note: You must have Site Admin permissions to create API keys.

Step 2: Open Dev Center

1. In the top right corner, click the Settings (⚙️ icon).

   

2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Dev Center section.

3. Click on Dev Center

   

Step 3: Open API Credential Management

1. Inside Dev Center, click API Credential Management

   

2. You will see multiple API types:

   • Harvest API

   • Job Board API

   • Ingestion API

Step 4: Create a New Harvest API Key

1. Click Create New API credentials( top right corner)

   

2. Fill in the following details:

   API Type: Harvest

   Partner: Custom

   

3. Click Manage Permissions

Step 6: Copy and Save the API Key

1. Your new API key will be created.

2. Copy the API key immediately.

3. Store it securely.

Important: You may not be able to see the full API key again later.

Step 7: Select Harvest V3 Permissions

1. After storing the API key, scroll down to the Manage Permissions section.

2. In the permissions page, locate and select Harvest V3 and click Save

   

Notes

• Each integration should ideally use its own API key.

• Keep your API key secure.

• Do not share it publicly.
