Greenhouse Integration (Deprecated)

This guide will help you create a Harvest API key in Greenhouse for integration purposes. Step 1: Log in to Greenhouse 1. Go to the Greenhouse login page: https://app.greenhouse.io 2. Enter your email and password. 3. Click Sign In to access your Greenhouse dashboard. Note: You must have Site Admin permissions to create API keys. Step 2: Open Dev Center 1. In the top right corner, click the Settings (⚙️ icon). 2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to the Dev Center section. 3. Click on Dev Center Step 3: Open API Credential Management 1. Inside Dev Center, click API Credential Management 2. You will see multiple API types: - Harvest API - Job Board API - Ingestion API Step 4: Create a New Harvest API Key 1. Click Create New API credentials( top right corner) 2. Fill in the following details: API Type: Harvest Partner: Custom 3. Click Manage Permissions Step 6: Copy and Save the API Key 1. Your new API key will be created. 2. Copy the API key immediately. 3. Store it securely. Important: You may not be able to see the full API key again later. Step 7: Select Harvest V3 Permissions 1. After storing the API key, scroll down to the Manage Permissions section. 2. In the permissions page, locate and select Harvest V3 and click Save Notes - Each integration should ideally use its own API key. - Keep your API key secure. - Do not share it publicly.

BambooHR Integration

This guide will help you create an API key in BambooHR for integration purposes. Step 1: Create a API User for BambooHR 1. Create a API User with the limited permissions to be shared with Nova by Peoplebox.ai 2. Once account is created, log in to that BambooHR account. Step 2: Open My Account Settings 1. After logging in, go to the bottom left corner of the dashboard. 2. Click on My Account (profile icon). Step 3: Navigate to API Keys 1. In the menu, click on: API Keys Step 4: Create a New API Key 1. On the API Keys page, click: + New API Key (top left) 2. Enter: API Key Name (Example: Nova by Peoplebox.ai etc.) 3. Click Create Key Step 5: Copy and Save the API Key 1. Your new API key will be created. 2. Copy the API key immediately. 3. Store it securely, as it may not be fully visible again. Notes - Each integration should ideally use its own API key. - Keep your API key secure. - Do not share it publicly.

Greenhouse Harvest V3 (OAuth) Credentials Setup Guide

This guide walks you through creating Harvest V3 (OAuth) API credentials in Greenhouse for the Peoplebox integration. Prerequisite: You must have Site Admin permissions in Greenhouse to create API credentials. 1. Log in to Greenhouse - Navigate to the Greenhouse login page. - Sign in using your email address and password. - Once logged in, you'll be taken to the Greenhouse dashboard. 2. Open the Dev Center - Click the Settings (⚙️) icon in the top-right corner. - In the left navigation panel, scroll down to Dev Center. - Select Dev Center. 3. Open API Credential Management 1. From the Dev Center, click API Credential Management. 2. You'll see the available API credential types, including: - Candidate Ingestion - Job Board - Harvest - Harvest V3 (OAuth) 4. Create Harvest V3 (OAuth) Credentials 1. Click Create New API Credentials in the top-right corner. 2. Configure the following: - API Type: Harvest V3 (OAuth) 3. Click View and Store Credentials. 5. Copy Your Credentials Once the credentials are generated: 1. Copy the following values immediately: - Client ID - Client Secret 2. Store them securely in a safe location. 3. Check I have stored the client credentials and continue. Important: The Client Secret may not be visible again after this step. You'll need these credentials while configuring the Greenhouse integration in Peoplebox. Required values: - Client ID - Client Secret 6. Configure Required API Scopes 1. Open the Manage Scopes section. 2. Select Harvest. 3. Enable the following permissions: - Application Stages: List application stages - Applications: List applications & Move applications - Attachments: List attachments - Candidates: List candidates - Job Interview Stages: List job interview stages - Job Post Locations: List job post locations - Job Posts: List job posts - Notes: Create notes 1. Click Save after enabling all the required scopes. 7. Credentials Required in Peoplebox After completing the above steps, provide the following credentials during the Peoplebox integration setup: - Client ID - Client Secret 8. Important Notes - Each integration should ideally use its own Harvest V3 (OAuth) credentials. - Keep your Client ID and Client Secret secure. - Do not share your credentials publicly. - Only users with Site Admin permissions can create and manage OAuth credentials. - Ensure all the required API scopes listed above are enabled before proceeding with the integration.

Teamtailor Integration

This guide will help you create API credentials in TeamTailor for integration purposes. Step 1: Log in to TeamTailor 1. Go to the TeamTailor login page: https://app.teamtailor.com 2. Enter your email and password. 3. Click Sign In to access your TeamTailor dashboard. Note: You must have Company Admin role to create API credentials. Step 2: Open Settings 1. In the top right corner, click Settings. 2. In the left sidebar, scroll down to Integrations → API keys. (or click here to navigate directly: API keys) 3. Click on New API key. 4. Create API key with: 1. API Scope: Admin 2. Read & Write Enabled 5. Copy the API key Step 3: Note the Base URL 1. On the API key page, TeamTailor also displays a Base URL for your account/region (e.g. https://api.teamtailor.com/v1/ or https://api.na.teamtailor.com/v1/ ) 2. Select the matching region/base URL in the Connection Drawer when connecting TeamTailor. Notes - Evaluations sync as comments on the candidate in Teamtailor. You need a Teamtailor user to post as - set Evaluator Email to an existing Teamtailor user, or leave blank to use your own login email (must match a Teamtailor account). - Each integration should ideally use its own API credentials. - Keep your credentials secure. - Do not share them publicly. - The TeamTailor user creating credentials should be a Company Admin.
